Logotipo da RECoDAF Paper

This editorial reflects on an event that marked the year 2020. The moment is of a pandemic, which brought up challenges already faced in history, but with an extra spice – the interrelation of People, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Perhaps this milestone has driven or even consolidated, a trend that has already been penetrating the social fabric since the “universalization” of digital devices and the Internet, called by Castells (1999) as the Information Society.
